I personally believe that Israel has every right to launch a full on attack to eradicate Hamas in Palestine. Picture yourself living next to a neighbor who has frequently, and publicly announced that his family is your families sworn enemy. Being the intelligent and calm individual you are, you simply try and wait it out hoping that these nuisance neighbors will simply go away. Well they don’t. As a matter of fact, they move more people into their home who share their same feeling of hatred towards you. Why do they hate you? You are practically exactly the same, except you don’t believe in god, and they are evangelical Christians. They only hate you because they have a different belief system then you. One day, one of these dipshits throws a rock through your window shattering 8 out of 10 of your 2008 Obama collector dinner plates. Yeah, you could go to the police, but that won’t get the results you need. How will that ensure that they will not just do something else, possibly worse to you and your home/family later? The only way to guarantee results is to make them yourself. It seems a bit rash to just march over there and kill every last cross clutching motherfucker. But they cast the first stone. Did they not expect retaliation? Those were some sweet plates.
Yes, Israel is justified in its action. Palestine is openly breeding and harboring terrorists whom attacked them. The civilian causalities are unfortunate though. It would be near impossible to only kill military targets in such a densely populated area.
